Fitz & Henry was founded by Nick Falk in 2025. Nick is an HCPC registered Doctor of Clinical Psychology and an internationally experienced CEO and C-Suite coach. He currently combines his role as an NHS critical care psychologist with executive coaching through Fitz & Henry.
Before retraining as a clinician Nick held senior leadership roles in biotechnology, renewable energy and medical research in the UK, US and Australia. Over the past fifteen years he has combined clinical work with executive coaching, specialising in supporting CEOs and C-Suite leaders in global roles. Most recently, he spent four years as a Partner at leadership advisory firm Spencer Stuart, working with FTSE 100 Boards and ExCos on internal succession, leadership development and individual effectiveness.
Nick believes that coaching leaders means understanding the person beneath the role. He helps senior leaders step beyond their comfort zones, using clinical techniques to deepen awareness of self and others. This clarity becomes a foundation for more intentional decision-making, culture shaping and stakeholder influence. The transition from senior leader to CEO requires a fundamental shift in gear - from being in constant motion to leading through other leaders and finding strength in stillness. Nick’s approach helps leaders capture that stillness, recognising when to trust their instincts and make courageous decisions and when to to pause, listen and invite challenge
